[2:40] Management working with clients you know if we don't get results we will get fired if if I don't get results for my clients it's over and so when we first hired clicks geek we were concerned that they may not actually be able to perform that they may just maybe high P and they may not do as good of a job as it sounded like they could do well really it's been the opposite they have actually proved.
[3:07] To me this is true they've proved to me that AdWords itself it's even a more viable sales channel then I ever actually thought that it was and I mean my clients are thrilled clicks key does reporting every week to us but we have got our own reporting setup in place because I want to make sure that was done just right and so I compare my report if they're reporting it's the same and it you know sure enough I mean.
