White label SEO is a fulfillment partnership where we deliver a Google Business Profile-first local SEO program on behalf of your agency, entirely under your brand. You sell SEO to your clients, set your own pricing, and own the client relationship end to end. We execute the work that actually moves the needle in the Google Map Pack and service-area searches: Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing management, citation building and cleanup, locally-focused GBP posts and content, and an integrated review-and-reputation management system built specifically for local service businesses. Your clients see your agency’s work, your agency’s reporting, and your agency’s strategy document. They never know we’re involved.
Our partnership is deliberately narrow. We do one thing, GBP-first local SEO for service businesses, and we’ve been refining the same fulfillment stack since 2015. That focus is what lets us deliver consistent Map Pack rankings, clean citation profiles, and real review velocity at a price your agency can mark up comfortably and still win the sale.
For local service businesses, the Google Map Pack is the single most valuable real estate in all of search. It sits above organic results, it answers the “near me” and service-area queries with the strongest commercial intent, and it’s the first thing a mobile searcher sees when they need a plumber, a lawyer, or a dentist. The three businesses Google surfaces in the Map Pack for a given query capture the majority of the clicks, the calls, and the direction requests from that search. Everything below fights for scraps.
What determines which businesses Google shows in those three slots isn’t on-page SEO or backlinks, it’s a different set of ranking signals entirely: profile completeness and verification, proximity to the searcher, category relevance, review volume and recency, review sentiment, citation consistency across the local data ecosystem, and the freshness of GBP activity like posts and photo uploads. A GBP-first program targets those signals directly. Link building, technical SEO audits, and on-page optimization for a client’s website have their place in some marketing programs, they just aren’t what moves a business into the Map Pack.
Every engagement starts with a full profile review: category selection and stacking, service-area configuration, business attributes, service and product listings, hours including holiday hours, and photo inventory. We fix whatever’s wrong, add whatever’s missing, and verify the profile is positioned to rank for the right category-plus-geography combinations. From there, ongoing management means keeping the profile current: updating hours around holidays, adding new service lines when the client launches them, responding to Q&A, flagging and fighting spam suggestions from competitors, and watching for profile suspensions or verification issues before they cost rankings.
Local citations, consistent Name, Address, Phone listings across trusted directories and data aggregators, are how Google confirms a business is legitimate and locally established. We build new citations across the directories that actually carry ranking weight (not the thousand-site spam packages you’ll see cheaper fulfillment shops sell) and we clean up whatever’s already out there. That cleanup is often more valuable than the net-new work: old addresses from before the client moved, misspellings from years of data-broker duplication, phone numbers that predate the current one. Every inconsistency is a friction signal to Google; we systematically remove them.
Google rewards activity on a Business Profile. Profiles that post regularly, add photos, and keep their Services section current outrank otherwise-equal profiles that go silent after verification. We publish regular GBP posts on behalf of every active client, offers, service highlights, FAQs, and service-area callouts, written for the client’s market and the queries their prospects actually search. We also write and maintain the profile’s service descriptions and short profile text, and we keep the photo inventory topped up with fresh images when the client supplies them.
Review volume, review velocity, and review sentiment are all GBP ranking signals, and they’re the single biggest factor a prospect evaluates when comparing three Map Pack listings side by side. Our review system is built around two things: a branded review-submission link the client shares with their customers, in a thank-you email, on an invoice, at the end of a job, anywhere they already have a moment of goodwill, and an inside-the-system view where the client can watch incoming reviews across every platform their profile is on and respond directly. It isn’t an automation engine; it’s the simple, reliable layer most local businesses are missing. The client owns the customer relationship and decides who to ask. The system makes the asking frictionless and keeps the responses organized so no review slips through without a reply.
Each piece of the program reinforces the others. Profile optimization gets you eligible to rank. Clean citations confirm the profile’s legitimacy. GBP posts and content signal that the profile is active and authoritative. Review velocity from the reputation system pushes rankings up and simultaneously turns Map Pack impressions into calls. Pull any one layer out and the others lose their edge. Most agencies that try to run this in-house pick one or two layers, skip the rest, and wonder why the rankings plateau at month four. We run all four, every month, on every account, which is why Map Pack results compound month over month instead of flatlining.
You own the client relationship: discovery, strategy presentation, billing, expectation-setting, and the monthly check-in where you walk the client through the reporting. You also own anything outside the GBP-first scope: if the client needs a new website, on-page SEO work on the one they already have, a paid-search program, or any work we don’t fulfill, that’s either your team’s project or something you route to another partner. We handle fulfillment within the GBP scope, we show up on the call at the start to align priorities, and we deliver monthly reports branded as your agency’s work. Everything else stays with you. That split is deliberate, we aren’t trying to compete with your agency, we’re trying to extend what you can deliver.
Every deliverable is branded as yours. The monthly report carries your agency’s logo, color palette, and voice. The strategy document we prepare on kickoff is formatted as your agency’s document. The review-request emails sent from the reputation system go out under the client’s own brand, not ours. We work off a shared document system and email communication during fulfillment, never on the client’s video calls, never in a channel where the client could discover we’re the fulfillment arm. Your clients see a professional, consistent operation that looks and feels like your agency’s work product. That’s the whole point of the partnership.
We turn partnerships down when the fit isn’t right, and you should too. This program isn’t for clients who need a ground-up on-page SEO overhaul, who want a link-building retainer, or who need a technical Strategy Call of their website, we don’t do any of those and we won’t bolt them on. It’s also the wrong fit for e-commerce businesses without a physical location, for B2B enterprises that don’t rely on local search, and for clients who are fundamentally unhappy with their current website or their core service delivery, because no amount of GBP optimization fixes a broken business model. If a prospect is asking for any of those things, flag it early on our call and we’ll help you decide whether to walk, to scope it differently, or to route the work elsewhere.
The typical client retainer our partner agencies charge ranges from $800 to $2,500 per month per location, depending on the market, the vertical, and the agency’s positioning. Our wholesale fulfillment cost slots in well below that range, which leaves partners room for a healthy gross margin on every account. The real leverage isn’t margin per client, though, it’s that the recurring nature of the work lets you compound agency revenue without the fulfillment team scaling alongside it. One partner can profitably carry a hundred GBP accounts we fulfill, because the labor scales on our side, not theirs. That’s the economic case for building a local-SEO line of business on top of our fulfillment rather than hiring in-house.
Onboarding is quick. You share client details through a short intake form, we jump on a 20-minute market analysis with your team to align on market, goals, and month-one priorities, and we go live within one to two business days. No contracts to negotiate for weeks, no fulfillment bottlenecks, no surprise scope. The first month is about cleanup and profile optimization; by month two we’re running the full program, citations, posts, reviews, and ongoing GBP work, on a steady monthly cadence.
Your agency is backed by a senior fulfillment team, not freelancers, not offshore, not a chatbot.

We don't win because we have bigger ad budgets, we win because we know which lever to pull for each industry. That's the difference.
