The offer is low-friction, the price is visible, and the urgency comes from the season rather than an emergency.
Maintenance agreement promotions are the highest-value Facebook use case many HVAC operators overlook. A homeowner with a system that’s 8-10 years old is a natural candidate for a maintenance plan, and they don’t need to be in crisis to sign up.
